About us
The team behind the bell
Behind The Gloves is a business for good. We combine boxing, fitness and wellness sessions at industry events with structured charitable giving, reinvesting in the communities and causes our people care about most. This is who we are, how we govern ourselves and where the money goes.

How we fight fair
The rules
Every fight has rules. So does everything we do outside the ropes. How decisions are made, how money is handled and how people are protected.
- 01
Oversight
The Advisory Board reviews strategy, commercial partnerships and impact reporting on a quarterly cycle. Material decisions on funds and partnerships require board visibility before execution.
- 02
Financial Controls
Event proceeds and donations are ring fenced from operating costs. Fundraising runs through audited third party platforms, with a full reconciliation published after every event.
- 03
Safeguarding & Welfare
Fighter medicals, licensed officials and qualified coaching are non negotiable at every event. Wellness programmes follow documented duty of care standards for all participants.
- 04
Conflicts & Independence
Team and board members declare commercial interests. Nobody scores their own bout. Partner selection and charity allocation decisions exclude conflicted parties.
- 05
Transparency
We publish where the money goes. Quarterly Impact Reports cover funds raised, funds distributed, programme outcomes and what we got wrong along the way.
- 06
Responsible Industry
Operating in iGaming carries responsibility. Partnerships are assessed against regulatory standing and responsible gambling commitments before any logo goes on the canvas.
Where the money lands
Giving
Our giving is chosen by our community and lands where it matters. Six donations across three countries last quarter, from ALS care in Malta to a women’s shelter in Canada.
Industry energy becomes frontline support. In Q2 2026 alone we gave around £20,450 across six causes in three countries, funded by event proceeds, sponsorships and fighter fundraising.
Fighters commit months of training and each carries a personal fundraising target for a cause they choose. Sponsors back the event, the fighters and the causes. We take the punches so the causes take the proceeds.
- Bell 1Raise. Tickets, sponsorship packages and fighter JustGiving pages.
- Bell 2Ring fence. Charitable funds held separately from event production costs.
- Bell 3Choose. Causes nominated by our community, agreed with the Advisory Board.
- Bell 4Report. Every donation published in the next quarterly Impact Report.
